Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and document in MAR per policy.
• Provide direct resident care including daily living activities.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, mobility, and safety needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Follow CDC/OSHA infection control and safety guidelines.
• Document observations, vital signs, and care on appropriate records.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge procedures as directed.
• Participate in orientation, training, and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and report concerns to management.
