Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medication and treatment as directed.
• Observes, records, and reports symptoms and conditions related to medication interactions or adverse effects.
• Stores medications safely and keeps medication areas clean.
• Monitors medications to ensure timely refills.
• Obtains vital signs and weights as assigned.
• Performs CNA duties when required.
