Job summary

PT 3rd. Every other weekend. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least six months in human services or direct care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be patient, compassionate and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in pursuing developmental goals and community involvement.
• Provide care coordination and monitor participant wellbeing as directed by supervisors.
