Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization and daily living activities.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration, and shopping.

Skills
