As a direct care teammate, you will assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks, support those with behavioral challenges, and help participants pursue meaningful goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible demeanor.
