Retail For The People in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a dynamic Store Manager who can run a high‑energy, fashion retail environment with minimal supervision. You will set the store tone, own conversions, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on brand.

You will recruit and coach Associates and Leaders, drive commercial performance through data and stock management, and ensure flawless operations and visual standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Store Manager or senior leadership role in fashion retail
• Strong commercial sense and KPI management
• Culture builder who motivates team
• Calm under pressure and decisive
• Experience with Shopify POS
• Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods

Responsibilities

• Lead the store with full authority, set tone, and own KPI performance
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Associates and Leaders; coach on the floor
• Analyze data, manage stock flow and visual merchandising; collaborate with district leadership
• Oversee scheduling, labour, openings/closings, loss prevention, and financial reconciliation
