Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in early childhood education, or a master’s degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline.
• For EAR-5656, an undergraduate degree combined with instructor-level qualifications including First Aid, etc., is considered.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the subject area; strong communication; ability to teach in multiple instructional delivery modes including online learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction that aligns with course objectives and institutional standards.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to support student learning.
• Utilize diverse instructional strategies, including technology-enhanced learning, to accommodate various learning styles.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and maintain records of performance, attendance, and assessments.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment and advise students on coursework and progress.
• Promote academic integrity and contribute to a respectful college community.
