Join to apply for the Employment & Training Case Manager- Williston, ND role at Veterans Inc.

Veterans Inc. is the largest provider of supportive services to Veterans and their families, based on the belief that they were there when we needed them. We are seeking an Employment & Training Case Manager to help reintegrate homeless and at-risk veterans into meaningful employment and address their complex barriers. Responsibilities include client assessments, career counseling, outreach, networking, and building relationships with local employers. The position is remote, based in Williston, serving clients throughout the area, with local travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide job coaching, resume building, job searches, and mock interviews.
  2. Conduct initial intake and assessments for program acceptance.
  3. Develop individualized training plans for veterans.
  4. Track progress, maintain documentation, and report into the agency database.
  5. Assist veterans in accessing services from public sources or the VA.
  6. Conduct outreach to market programs and engage referral sources.
  7. Coordinate referrals to other Veterans Inc. programs and community providers.
  8. Understand and promote DOL HVRP and Call of Duty Endowment initiatives.
  9. Build relationships with employers, career centers, and veteran service agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field; military experience may substitute.
  2. At least two years of experience in employment training, vocational rehab, recruitment, counseling, outreach, or homeless services.
  3. Knowledge of working with veterans preferred.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Ability to pass a background check.
