Community Options, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Employment Specialist in Northfield, NJ to coach individuals with developmental disabilities and prepare them for employment. The role focuses on developing essential job skills and assisting in job placement.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. You will coach clients to achieve competitive employment, assist with resumes, interviews, and applications, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with two years' of experience required.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing

• Work side-by-side with persons with disabilities at job sites.

• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
• Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation
