The Choice Group in Culpeper, VA is seeking an Employment Specialist/Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and sustaining competitive, integrated employment. This full-time role combines coaching, resume help, and interview preparation with close collaboration on job placement in the community.

You will deliver hands-on training on-site, help clients develop workplace readiness skills, and monitor progress.

Are you passionate about helping others reach their full potential? We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Employment Specialist/Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and guidance to clients seeking employment
• Assist clients with resume building, job applications, and interviews

Qualifications:

• Experience working with people with disabilities as well as case management, coaching, counseling, or workforce development (preferred)

Education:

Prefers a Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 10 years of related experience.
