Bridgewell is seeking an Employment Specialist to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. This role involves mentoring, implementing individualized programs, and ensuring the community engagement of the individuals supported. Summary: The Employment Specialist will support individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism, and behavioral health challenges to achieve goals, overcome barriers, and become more independent members of their community through a full range of activities including career exploration and community engagement both on site and off site.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)

Physical Demands:
The physical demands of staff working in Bridgewell programs assisting people with their care needs vary and require the employee to be able to maneuver people of varying weights, and provide lifting, balance support and physical intervention in several scenarios.
