Berks Personnel Network, a division of Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., is searching for an Employment Specialist. The Employment Specialist provides assessment, job development, training and follow-up support for assigned individuals. Responsibilities include networking and actively seeking competitive employment opportunities for individuals with challenges. Must be a self-starter willing to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to work independently within the community.

Hours

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, flexible. These are great work hours with paid holidays off starting day one of employment!
