Job summary

365 Health Services in Montgomery County seeks a Part-Time Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in securing and maintaining employment. You will provide on-site coaching, advocate for accommodations, document progress, and help clients build self-advocacy and confidence while traveling between client sites within the area.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to travel up to an hour for client visits; ACRE or CESP

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part‑Time Job Coach to support individuals—primarily those with intellectual and developmental disabilities with maintaining meaningful employment.

This role involves hands‑on community engagement and individualized job coaching.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate and effective communicator with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their goals. They demonstrate professionalism, patience, and the ability to advocate effectively in community‑based settings. ACRE or CESP certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, as this role involves fieldwork up to 1 hour radius of the Pottstown area.

Key Responsibilities
