Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people with disabilities gain and keep community employment. You will serve as the main contact for the individual and the support team, guiding them toward roles that fit their interests and abilities.

The position includes an excellent benefits package and an opportunity for accreditation through CESP. Strong communication, reliability, and independence are essential as you build trusted relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills, creativity, organization, and be an independent thinker.
• Driver's license, reliable transportation, and Motor Vehicle Check clearance required.
• BCA clearance is required.
• Basic computer skills.

• Serve as the primary contact for the individual and support team.
