Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in gaining and maintaining community employment. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and work closely with their support teams.

The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, creativity, and a strong sense of independence. A background check and a valid driver's license are required to ensure reliable transportation.

Competitive pay of $18/hour plus a $2,500 hiring bonus and excellent benefits included.
