You will network with local businesses, advocate for individuals, and provide on-the-job coaching to help clients transition into meaningful roles. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Must pass state and company background checks.
• ACRE or DSP certification a plus; sales/community outreach experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Network with local business owners and managers to identify staffing needs and create customized opportunities.
• Provide individualized advocacy to match job seekers with suitable roles.
• Offer on-the-job coaching and direct support to ensure successful transitions.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and agency teams in stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation, including weekly updates and monthly reports.
