Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid state issued driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

As an employment specialist for Living innovations, you will be responsible for supporting our mission, vision and values as stated within our policies and standards. You will be working and supporting adults with disabilities who are actively seeking meaningful employment opportunities based on their specific skill sets and aptitudes. You will also be expected to provide direct care and support to the individuals you are working with. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to advance in his/her career. The person(s) selected for this full-time, hourly role will support the individuals we serve throughout Northern Maine.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Employment Specialist Certification from anapproved training program.
• At least one year of directly related work with a person with a disability is preferred.
• Valid state issued driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• DSP certification.
• Supervisory experience (preferred).
