Job summary

Nepalulsive in Pittston, PA is seeking a dedicated staff to manage caseloads and supervise direct care workers. You will assist in scheduling, recruiting, and hiring, while ensuring compliant case management using HCSIS and CDWS.

The role includes promoting services to external partners to grow referrals and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in human services, experience with disabilities, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• 2 years experience with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disabilities preferred.
• ACRE Certification highly desirable
• Experience managing staff/caseloads
• Ability to obtain state and agency required employment certifications including APSE CESP, ACRE, and/or Discovery.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must pass Child Abuse History and Criminal Record Check Clearances and not be excluded from PA lists.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload of staff and clients.
• Lead assigned caseload including scheduling, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff.
• Provide Direct Care services and fill in for open shifts as necessary.
• Market agency services to external entities to grow referrals in all territories under your employ.
• Ensure compliant case management using HCSIS and CDWS systems and keep files updated.
