Job summary

gpac seeks an experienced Employment Litigation and Trial Paralegal for a fully remote role. The candidate will support attorneys through all litigation phases, drafting pleadings and managing discovery and trial documents, while maintaining case files and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a paralegal certificate and 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment or defense work, with strong organization and independent remote work abilities.

• Trial experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with case management and document management systems.

We are working with a growing and dynamic litigation firm that is seeking an Employment Litigation and Trial Paralegal. This is a fully remote role for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping cases trial-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation, from intake through trial
