Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• At least 10 years of substantial employment litigation experience with hands‑on first‑chair responsibilities
• Proven ability to run cases independently from inception through trial in employment disputes, particularly in Cook County and the Northern District of Illinois
• Strong analytical and communication skills and a deep commitment to client service

• Represent firm clients in a variety of employment matters, including wrongful termination, unfair competition, harassment, wage and hour, and miscellaneous labor law issues

Compensation
