Job summary

Teradata Corporation is seeking a qualified paralegal to support the legal team on employment and litigation matters. You will organize case materials, implement legal holds, assist with eDiscovery, draft correspondence, and manage document production and filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Solid understanding of employment litigation processes and eDiscovery best practices.
Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable using AI tools to streamline legal work.

Responsibilities
