Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar admission or a prompt route to admission.
• At least six years of litigation experience.
• Strong employment litigation background.
• State and federal court experience.
• Experience with dispositive motions and discovery management.
• Ability to work from West Palm Beach office five days per week and use AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex employment litigation and counseling matters.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and substantive briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers and employees on workplace disputes and risk.
• Handle executive compensation, restrictive covenants and separation matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and communicate directly with clients.
