LHH in Seattle, WA, seeks Associate Attorney (1-3 years) or Attorney (5+ years) to join a plaintiff-side employment litigation practice focused on wage-and-hour class actions. This onsite, full-time role involves handling complex matters, motions, depositions, and court appearances, with no billable hour requirement.

You will work alongside experienced plaintiff-side litigators in a collaborative environment that emphasizes client advocacy, mentorship, and growth within a national platform.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of litigation experience
• Active Washington State Bar license
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, legal research, and court appearances preferred
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active Washington State Bar license
• Strong experience with: Discovery
• Motion practice
• Depositions
• Oral advocacy
• Court appearances

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Conduct written discovery and discovery strategy
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in state and federal court proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff
• Analyze legal issues and develop litigation strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Support class action and representative action litigation
