Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• 3–5+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience handling employment litigation matters, including wage/hour, class actions, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and California wage and hour laws.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively and deliver excellent client service.
