Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions and respond to discovery requests.
• Provide trial preparation and assist during trials.
• Work with state and federal courts; experience in both is preferred.
