Job description

A full-service southeastern regional law firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its sophisticated management-side employment practice in Charleston, South Carolina.

The firm will consider talented litigation attorneys who are interested in making a practice transition and have substantive experience handling client relationships, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, managing discovery, and otherwise driving litigation.

The practice is primarily focused on employment matters, with additional business and tort disputes, providing an opportunity to build on an existing litigation foundation while developing deeper expertise in a specialized practice area.
