Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for its Woodbury, NY office to join a dynamic Labor and Employment practice group representing employers in complex matters.

The successful candidate will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and briefs, and provide strategic guidance to clients while coordinating with colleagues across offices. Admission to the New York State Bar and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in New York.
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
