Jobot is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our national employment law practice. This permanent role focuses on a wide range of employment litigation matters with substantial responsibilities in discovery, motions, and depositions.
The successful candidate will be admitted to the DC and Maryland bars, have 3–6 years of civil litigation experience, and demonstrate strong client service and analytical skills.
Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 per year.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Employment Litigation Associate to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of employment litigation cases. The successful candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation, with a focus on employment law. They will also have extensive experience in case handling, drafting and responding to discovery, defending depositions, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. The candidate must be admitted in DC and Maryland.
