The ideal candidate has a JD, active SC license, 2+ years in employment law, strong litigation and writing skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in SC
• 2+ years of employment law experience
• Strong litigation and legal research/writing skills
• Experience handling employment disputes from inception through resolution preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage matters while working effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
