The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel - Pacific District, seeks a Paralegal to support Employment Law attorneys in Phoenix.

You will assist with research, case preparation, and day-to-day administrative tasks that enable teams to protect veterans' rights and fair workplace practices. In this role you will help draft documents, manage discovery, and liaise with agencies such as the EEOC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Law.
• Strong Legal Writing skills.
• Experience drafting motions for litigation.
• Familiarity with discovery processes.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys handling employment law matters and administrative litigation.
• Assist with legal research, drafting, record compilation, motions, discovery, and case preparation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and employment law advice to VA managers and supervisors.
• Support representation before administrative bodies including EEOC.
