Role Overview

The paralegal is a vital member of Zirtual, serving as the main point of contact with assigned clients and working independently with law firms. Support is provided by an Account Supervisor who assists with relationship management, plan modifications, and best practices.

The paralegal will handle tasks and projects assigned by clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. They will maintain proactive communication, be available during agreed-upon business hours, and ensure proper documentation and client profile updates.

Position Details

• Remote paralegal with experience in defamation, plaintiff's side employment, and personal injury law
• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per month, with potential for increased hours
