Competenze

• J.D. with active state bar membership and relevant employment law experience.
• Experience supporting employers in administrative agency proceedings or state/federal courts on employment law matters.
• Knowledge of investigation and research techniques, interviewing, record-keeping, and data collection.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local discrimination, harassment, and retaliation laws and trends.
• Strong critical thinking to interpret laws and apply policies to situations.
• Experience conducting internal or external employment law investigations.
• Experience preparing investigative reports with documentation.
• Experience collecting and analyzing information from investigations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel as required.
