UGI Corporation seeks a skilled Employment and Labor Counsel to advise HR and business units across domestic operations. You will manage litigation, investigations, policy development, and training, ensuring multi-state compliance while partnering with Senior Counsel – HR.

Requires a JD, 3–5 years experience, and State Bar admission; this is a full-time hybrid role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• 3–5 years of employment/labor law experience.
• State Bar license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment and labor law counsel to HR.
• Support employment litigation and administrative agency charges.
• Conduct privileged investigations and draft reports.
• Monitor developments in employment law; update policies.
• Support HR special projects as assigned.
