Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking Employment Attorneys to advocate for employees in wage and hour disputes and related matters. You will handle cases from pre-litigation through trial, representing clients against insurers and employers with empathy and tenacity.

Qualifications

• Law degree from ABA-accredited school.
• Active bar membership in the applying state.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation
• From pre-suit responsibilities to senior attorney duties as experience grows
• Drafting and filing of pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interact with expert witnesses and prepare reports/affidavits
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
