Jobot is seeking an Employment Law Attorney for a fully remote role based in California. The position targets a Labor & Employment Associate with a CA license and at least 3 years of employment law experience, including class action and PAGA exposure.

We offer a competitive base salary between $165k and $175k per year, plus 401(k), medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 100% remote work arrangement. This is a permanent opportunity with a strong plaintiff-side practice.

• License to practice law in CA

• 3+ years of employment law experience
