Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Diego, CA seeks an Employment Law Attorney to handle sophisticated wage-and-hour and other employment matters from pre-litigation to trial with a focus on advocacy and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, be active in good standing of the state bar, manage a high-volume caseload, and deliver excellent client service and clear communication throughout depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
