Orion Placement in Roseland, NJ seeks an experienced employment law attorney for a on-site, full-time position with limited hybrid flexibility after one year. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey with at least 5 years of employment law experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to employers on workplace matters including discipline, termination, accommodations, and wage and hour compliance.
• Draft and review employment-related documents such as handbooks, agreements, and policies.
• Represent clients before state and local administrative agencies.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic risk-mitigation advice.
• Collaborate with clients on employment law compliance and preventative practices.
• Handle both counseling and litigation-prevention work.
