Job summary

Aionios LLC seeks an experienced Employment Attorney to join its New Jersey practice. This role offers exposure to sophisticated employment matters and client-facing responsibilities on a national platform, with remote or hybrid work options.

Required is 3+ years of attorney experience and active NJ & PA bar admission. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation, research, and writing skills and be able to handle matters with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of attorney experience.
• Employment law and/or employment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication abilities.
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Trial experience preferred, but not required.
• Active New Jersey & Pennsylvania Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment-related litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Manage written discovery and conduct legal research.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced employment litigators.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Take on increasing responsibility for matters with limited supervision.
