BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Employment Law Attorney in Ocala, FL. The attorney will represent clients in employment discrimination and wage and hour cases, providing legal advice and counsel.

They will manage cases from inception through trial, including conducting legal research, attending depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and administrative hearings. The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor degree, a Florida Bar license, and 2+ years of employment

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license is required.
• 2+ years of employment law experience or legal experience with a passion for learning employment law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work under pressure to meet guidelines.
