Jobot is seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate for a 100% remote role based in California, with initial focus on wage and hour and labor matters. The position offers a base salary of $165k–$175k per year, 401k, comprehensive health coverage, PTO, and a fully remote work setup from the LA area.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice in CA, possess class action and PAGA background, and bring at least 3 years of employment law experience
