Jobot is seeking a highly capable Employment Law Attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side team. This 100% remote role in California requires a JD from an accredited law school and a CA license to practice.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of employment law experience, with background in class actions and PAGA. We offer a competitive base salary of $165,000–$175,000 per year, plus a 401(k), comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage and PTO.

As a Labor & Employment Associate / Labor Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• JD from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in CA
• Class action and PAGA background
• 3+ years of employment law experience
