Orion Placement seeks an experienced employment law attorney to advise employers on a broad range of workplace issues from Sacramento, CA. The role emphasizes practical, business-focused counsel and comprehensive employment guidance within a collaborative firm environment.

The successful candidate will have California Bar admission, 3+ years of employment law experience, and a demonstrated ability to provide meaningful counsel while drafting policies and documents.

• Counsel clients regarding employee relations, workplace compliance, and employment decisions.
• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and develop effective legal strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm when matters involve multiple areas of law.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality legal service while managing matters with increasing independence.

$158,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

Location:

Sacramento, CA — Hybrid schedule with attorneys working remotely up to two days per week.

Note:

Must have an active California Bar license and 3+ years of employment law experience, with meaningful employment advice and counsel experience. Candidates should have a strong interest in practicing exclusively in employment law.
