Capabilities-3 is hiring a Job Developer to assist individuals with disabilities through the entire job search process. You will help craft resumes, connect with employers, apply for roles, and coach interview skills to secure meaningful employment.

You focus on building relationships, creating opportunities, and guiding clients toward fulfilling careers, with emphasis on client satisfaction and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or above.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
• A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma/GED or above.
