Open Sky Community Services seeks an Employment and Education Specialist to run the Clubhouse Employment and Education program in Massachusetts. You will support members in finding meaningful employment, coordinate job site training, and connect them with educational resources.

Job Description:Open Sky's Clubhouses are a member of the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition, an organization comprising 33 clubhouses throughout the Commonwealth and is a community dedicated to the rehabilitation of adults recovering from mental illness. Through a variety of meaningful and engaging tasks, members have the ability to develop or refresh employment skills, explore educational opportunities, and participate in social activities.The Employment and Education Specialist is responsible for the functioning and management of the Clubhouse Employment and Education program.
