Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will implement health, safety, and medication protocols and promote a clean, safe environment.

You are a strong advocate for the people served, supporting community inclusion and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
