As a Employment Defense Attorney, you will be joining a dynamic legal team in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve handling all aspects of employment litigation, from the initial response to pleadings through to managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will also be responsible for drafting and revising handbooks.
