Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching and guidance to help participants progress into employment.
• Deliver employability sessions and interview skills advice; support job search methods and confidence building.
• Maintain participant records using the AKG CRM and keep regular contact to stay motivating and on track.
• Use assessments and skills analysis to tailor guidance and identify interventions.
• Know local employers and labour market opportunities to encourage interviews and placements.
• Travel locally and utilise digital channels (phone, video, email) to support participants.
