Job Description

This role is for a 100% remote Employment Class Action Associate / Class Action Attorney at a growing California-based law firm. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), bonus structure, PTO, and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law cases, particularly class actions involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• California residency and active CA Bar License.
• At least 2 years of experience in class action litigation.
• Background in employment law, with plaintiff's side experience preferred.
• Experience with PAGA wage and hour claims; additional experience in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, or sexual harassment litigation is a plus.
