Job Requirements

• CA residency
• CA Bar License
• 2+ years of class action litigation experience
• Employment law background (plaintiff's side experience a plus)
• PAGA wage and hour experience
• Experience in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, sexual harassment litigation (a bonus)
