Employment Law Attorney / Class Action Associate (Remote)

Join a growing California-based law firm as an Employment Law Attorney / Class Action Associate. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment
• Manage class action litigation, particularly in wage and hour disputes (PAGA)
• Work with clients on employment-related legal issues

Qualifications

• California residency and active CA Bar License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in class action litigation
• Background in employment law, plaintiff's side preferred
• Experience with PAGA wage and hour claims
• Additional experience in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, or sexual harassment litigation is a plus
